**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of QC inspectors and technicians, ensuring adherence to quality standards and efficient workflow.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems, procedures, and documentation to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, components, and finished products using various measurement tools and techniques.
- Identify and address any non-conformances, coordinating with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, preparing and maintaining accurate quality records and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal fabrication or CNC machining industries.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment, with experience in statistical process control and root cause analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and drive quality improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
