1. **Content Creation**: Develop creative and high-quality content for social media platforms, including written posts, graphics, images, videos, animations, and infographics. Ensure content is visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for each platform. Craft messages that resonate with the target audience, communicate key brand messages, and encourage audience interaction.

2. **Content Planning**: Collaborate with the social media manager and marketing team to develop content calendars, aligning with marketing campaigns, product launches, and other relevant events. Identify content themes, topics, and formats to drive engagement and meet organizational goals.

3. **Research, Trend Analysis and Reports**: Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging content formats. Conduct research on audience preferences, competitor strategies, and viral content to inform content creation decisions. Track and analyze key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions. Provide regular reports on content performance, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

4. **Visual Design**: Create or collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics, images, and video assets. Edit and optimize visual content to ensure high-quality and consistent branding.

5. **Content Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design, and product teams, to gather input, insights, and materials for content creation. Collaborate with influencers or external partners for co-created content, promotions, or campaigns.

6. **Content Strategy Execution and Optimization**: Implement content strategies and campaigns across social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights to optimize engagement and reach. Continuously optimize content based on data-driven insights and user feedback. Experiment with different content formats, headlines, and visuals to improve engagement and drive results.

7. **Community Engagement**: Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster and engage with the social media community to build meaningful connections and encourage user-generated content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Part-time hours: 54 per week

**Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
