Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Creator, based in Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for remote work. The Content Creator will manage content creation and editing processes, including social media posts, blogs, videos, and graphics, aligned with strategic goals. Key responsibilities include developing content strategy, conducting research, generating appealing and engaging material, and training engagements with client and consultation.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in writing, creative writing, and content creation
  • Proficiency in content strategy development and research
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing
  • Visual creativity and basic knowledge of design/editing tools
  • Effective communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Familiarity with leadership development or training sectors is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Human Resources
