Summary

Cotovia Clinic Malaysia is looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Content Creator to support our marketing activities in Malaysia. The main focus of this role is video content production, photo shooting, and editing for social media platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), LINE and the official website. You will help bring our clinic's healthcare stories to life through engaging, high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Production & Editing

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (e.g., Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts) that highlight clinic services, doctors, health tips, and lifestyle themes

  • Film interviews, clinic introductions, and event coverage

  • Edit videos with captions, music, and basic motion graphics using tools like CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush

2. Photography & Image Editing

  • Capture photos of the clinic, staff, events, and promotional campaigns

  • Edit photos for clarity, color, and branding consistency (using tools like Lightroom, Canva, or Photoshop)

  • Organize and manage photo/video libraries for future use

3. Social Media Posting

  • Create posting and uploading content according to the monthly calendar

  • Support writing English captions and add relevant hashtags that will be translated by Japanese language by other members

  • Support monitoring comments and messages together with the marketing team

4. Content Planning & Coordination

  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage content while actively engaging with our online community.

  • Join and contribute ideations of seasonal or health-related social together with Marketing team

  • Work closely with marketing team to align content with campaigns

  • Organize and implement shootings during clinic events or photo/video sessions

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in video production, photography, or social media

  • Basic shooting and editing skills (mobile or camera-based)

  • Knowledge of editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, VN, or Premiere Rush
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (Instagram, YouTube, X)

  • Good communication in English (Malay or Japanese is a plus)

  • Creative mindset and attention to visual detail
