To handle full spectrum of HR functions i.e. recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and industrial relations
- Implements, manage and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, leave, taxes, and other deductions.
- Liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax.
- To handle annual performance appraisal
- To do counseling and monitor the progress of employee performance
- To generate HR reports and statistics
- To handle staff disciplinary matters and execute appropriate disciplinary action including conduct domestic inquiry whenever required.
- To handle general office administration
- To assist in any additional tasks as and when necessary
- Other assigned duties as required.
- Ad-hoc task as per assign by top management.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources, in HR generalist especially in payroll processing & management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with great sence of urgency
- Independent and able to work minimum supervision
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Able to join immediately will be an added advantage.
