As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in various HR functions to ensure the seamless operation of our workforce. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR tasks, including:
**1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**:

- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.

**2. Onboarding Excellence**:

- Prepare paperwork and schedules to facilitate a seamless new-hire onboarding process.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate and compliant data entry in our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

**3. Employee Relations Expertise**:

- Provide dedicated and effective HR advisory services to employees, addressing issues such as absence management, employee code of conduct, performance reviews, grievances, and organizational changes.
- Be a trusted resource for employees on all employee-relations matters.

**4. Payroll and Benefits Support**:

- Act as the primary backup for payroll processing, including bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, and expense reimbursements.
- Administer hourly-employee validations and support benefits administration.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of statutory payments and deductions.

**5. Policy and Compliance**:

- Assist in communicating, interpreting, and maintaining the employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart.
- Contribute to policy development to enhance our workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary.

**6. Full Spectrum of HR**:

- Lead initiatives related to performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Handle employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee recognition and rewards programs.
- Conduct regular HR audits to maintain data accuracy and compliance.

**7. Miscellaneous Duties**:

- Tackle any other HR-related duties as assigned, showcasing your versatility and adaptability.

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Possess reliable transportation for commuting to work and occasional business-related errands.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Malay and English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered an advantage, but not mandatory.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
