Job scope:
1. Acquire knowledge & develop competencies on company’s products.

2. Troubleshoot & repair equipment at customer’s premises.

3. Share info with colleagues in the team.

4. Deal with customers professionally & ensure that they are attended to promptly.

5. Keep customers happy.

6. Use any opportunities available to promote the company’s products to customers.

7. Provide service reports to management.

8. Any ad hoc task given by management.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering.

2. Experience: at least 2 years hands-on experience in handling repairs of equipment for plantations & farms.

3. Willing to be based in Ipoh.

4. Willing to travel on site to customer’s place for repairs.

**Salary**: RM & Benefits: 5-day week, allowances, phone line, performance bonus, etc

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- repairing farming or plantation equipment: 1 year (required)
