**Overview**:

- As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market reach and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.

**Business Development**:

- Develop and implement effective business development strategies
- Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Acquire new clients and maintain existing client relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

**Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:

- Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in market development, business development, and drive revenue growth.
- **Exposure in the High Voltage Power Transmission/Power Transformation/Energy/Solar Energy/Electrotechnology/Electrical Engineering industry is strongly preferred.**:

- Familiar with market development **workflows such as power construction processes, international project information management, bidding management, contract management, **etc.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Priority will be given to those with relevant market customer resources.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
