1. **Inventory Management**
- Monitor and maintain stock levels.
- Ensure accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Coordinate stock receiving, storing, and dispatching activities.
- Handle discrepancies or damaged goods.

2. **Daily Warehouse Operations**
- Schedule and coordinate daily activities (e.g., picking, packing, labeling).
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery arrangements.
- Assign tasks to warehouse staff and monitor productivity.

3. **Documentation & System Updates**
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement using WMS (Warehouse Management System) or ERP systems.
- Generate and manage delivery orders, invoices, and other related documents.

4. **Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety briefings and inspections.
- Report accidents, safety hazards, or non-compliance issues.

5. **Coordination with Other Departments**
- Liaise with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth supply chain operations.
- Communicate with transporters or courier services to arrange deliveries or collections.

6. **Team Support**
- Support and train warehouse assistants or new joiners.
- Provide guidance during peak periods or urgent tasks.

**Qualification & Skill Requirments**
- **Qualification**: SPM, Diploma, or Degree in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in warehouse or logistics roles.
- **Skills**: Knowledge of WMS systems, Microsoft Excel, good organization and communication skills.
- **Language**: Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
