Responsibilities:

- Goods Receiving
- Receive and verify the accuracy of the incoming goods from suppliers
- Check the quality and quantity of the goods
- Collaborate with procurement to resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers
- Stock Count
- Conduct regular stock count to ensure accurate inventory level
- Update inventory records and organize warehouse space
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory related issues
- Inventory Management
- Goods Distribution and product request form activities
- Monitor stock level to ensure adequate supply for production
- Work closely with production planner to align stock level with production schedule
- Coordinate the distribution of goods to production based on production schedule
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of materials to support ongoing production
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of goods received, stock level and goods

Requirement:

- **At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a Warehouse Coordinator is required for**:

- **Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)**:

- **Exemplary planning and time management skills**:

- **Good communication skills**:

- **Good team player who can work efficiently with mínimal supervision**:

- **Be able to stand and move around for extended periods**:

- **Have the ability to work in a factory environment (hot and humid)**:

- Basic: RM1800 - RM3000

Working hour: 8am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
Transport allowance
Meal allowance
