Business Development Executive

Job Description:
- Research and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Establish new potential customers, potential customers, and partnership relationships through market research and networking.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our services.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and promptly address their inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare eye-catching proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Govicle solutions.
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, and technical teams to develop compelling business proposals and presentations based on the specific needs and goals of potential customers and partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to promote the company's products and services, with the aim of increasing sales and revenue.
- Lead negotiations, reach deals, and sign contracts with clients to ensure mutual benefit.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the company's reputation for excellent service.
- Identify and explore new markets and segmented markets to gain potential growth and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with business development teams to develop and execute market entry strategies.
- Regularly prepare reports on business development activities, sales progress, and market insights.
- Regularly report on business development activities, potential customers, opportunities, and progress. Provide insights and suggestions based on data analysis.
- Represent the company in industry related events, conferences, and social opportunities to increase visibility and establish a strong professional network.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- **Possess 2-3 years of relevant working experience in business development, client servicing, sales, customer service, etc.**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. **Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
