Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process sales documents, including purchase orders (POs), and delivery orders (DOs).
- Coordinate sales orders to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material availability for scheduled production.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and deliveries.
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Can start immediately
- Perform any duty as and when required by the immediate superior / HOD.
**Requirements**:
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualification in any field.
- Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation & Excel.
- At least 1-year experience in the related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Malay & Mandarin/Cantonese
- Can work independently.
- Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Result oriented with a strong sense of urgency and managing to handle and work under pressure.
- Good attitude toward teamwork
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
