To meet Customer Satisfaction Survey of > 80%. To check all the prices before enter S.A. For Customers that seldom order, have to request them accept quantity within ± 10% before proceed. Customer must give Delivery schedule, if not to request before process, all orders must be taken within 3 months. - To ensure timely deliveries as per customer schedule and to meet delivery performance of ≥ 95%. To review daily Customer schedule and plan ahead, To resolve issue and to meet Customer’s deliveries on time. - To check all the invoice with GST No, to rectify correct unit price/quantity and to ensure all information required by customer are in the Invoice/shipping document. - Please make sure whatever you sell must have 6% GST. - To check goods receive, items and quantities are correct.
