**Responsibilities**:

- To support and coordinate with sales department pertaining to customer order.
- To process the order, documentation, and any other sales correspondences.
- Communicate with the client regarding orders or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments on projects or orders in a methodical and professional manner.
- To follow up project status and deliveries coordination with the factory.
- Perform ad hoc assignments from superior if required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Initiative, responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Work well with others and be a team player.
- Having a good attitude and respecting others
- Familiar with SQL system is an advantage
- Proficient in English and Malay.
- Required skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
