**Major Functions**:
Supporting both project management and sales initiatives within the company. The primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless coordination between various departments, clients, and suppliers to facilitate the successful execution of projects and drive sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales inquiries and projects, co-ordination with client and preparatory work relating to the Company’s projects.
- Prepare project proposals, sales quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate project activities and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, operations department, suppliers and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Support the sales team by generating leads, following up on inquiries, and preparing sales reports.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence related to projects and sales activities in line with ISO standards.
- Undertake any ad-hoc admin duties/responsibilities as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years related working experience in sales department.
- Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Words, Excel & Power Points.
- Possess good communication skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
