Sales Support Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders according to customer requirements with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, and prepare reports.
- Support sales team for final format check of presentation of standard documentation, customer proposals and quotations.
- Manage the CMO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Organize and prepare meeting materials and presentations for the CMO.
- Take thorough notes during meetings and follow up on action items as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organization and as directed.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 year(s) of Sales Support / Customer Service working experience preferably from F&B industry.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required Skill(s): Good communication skill, customer service skill, computer literacy, planning and management.
- Proactive, responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
- Good problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Able to start work immediately would be advantages.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
