**職責:**
- 接聽客戶聊天/電話並將其直接轉給銷售人員。
- 處理銷售部門的日常詢問。
- 準備報價、開立發票、完成銷售訂單、列印線上訂單等。
- 協助每週準備定期報告。
- 開發和維護歸檔系統。
- 管理和更新承包商/經銷商資料庫。
- 每週管理庫存和庫存更新。
- 安排司機的送貨時間表。
- 為訪客提供一般支援。
- 與行政和高級行政助理聯絡,處理管理層的請求和詢問。
- 執行任何其他與銷售相關的任務以推廣品牌產品和服務。
**要求:**
- 擁有豐富擔任行政助理、虛擬助理或辦公室管理助理的經驗。
- 了解辦公室管理系統和程序。
- 辦公設備(如印表機)的使用知識。
- MS Office 中的 Excel(特別是 MS Excel 和 MS PowerPoint)。
- 良好的時間管理技能和決定工作優先順序的能力。
- 注重細節和解決問題的能力。
- 較強的書面和口頭溝通能力。
- 至少擁有工商管理或相關領域的文憑;行政助理或秘書的額外資格將是一個優勢。
