**Primary Objective**:

- Manage deposit placements for UT (wholesale & retails funds) and non-UT funds (private mandate) for best interest rates to maximize the fund yield. Duties include survey interest rates, plan deposit placement and check exposure limit.
- In-charge of Feeder Funds’ investments and redemptions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the deposit placement to fulfill the fund requirements and trades commitment to ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
- Check and monitor the financial institutions exposure limit is adhered to at all times as regulatory requirements to avoid any breaches and losses.
- Attend to internal and external client enquiries to serve effectively and efficiently.
- Obtain the cash flow report on daily basis from Fund Accounting Department for deposit placement planning.
- Generate the money market dealing ticket on daily basis for deposit placement planning.
- Plan deposit placement, survey and negotiate interest rates with authorized financial institutions for best rates to maximize the fund yield and return.
- Input and confirm daily money market transactions into Bloomberg AIM to flows to MFund MCY & Mfund Live for back office authorization.
- Participate in the Disaster Recovery testing to ensure smooth operation during disaster situation.
- Any other or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Monitoring cash level, doing subscription/ cancellation function for all the feeder funds
- Participate in ad hoc projects such as system implementation and process re-engineering for process improvement
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Diploma - Finance or related field.

1. At least 2 years working experience in asset management or related industry

2. In-depth knowledge in money market trading
