1. Assisting Sous Chef in all activities in the kitchen such as preparation and cooking dishes.

2. Ensure all the food ingredients are properly stored and well managed, also to ensure the quality of the food served is of the highest standard appropriate to the dining room.

3. Be responsible for stocks on your specific station and control of wastage in according to the kitchen standards.

4. Always maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.

5. Keeping the kitchen and working area clean and organized to ensure smooth service, also following health and safety standards.

6. Create and maintain an effective working relationship with colleagues.

7. Able to work under a fast-paced kitchen environment and consistently delivering of quality dishes.

8. Collaborate with the Sous Chef to improve efficiency and elevate the working experience.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

2. Former culinary training or certification, such as a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts.

3. Proficient and familiar with hot side cooking in French cuisine and food preparation methods

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
