**Job Summary**

In this role, you will be working on the processing of Policy Service requests from customers on a day-to-day basis. You will report to a Team Lead within the Policy Services team and ensure requests received are processed accurately within the service level agreement

**Day to day responsibilities**:
1. Process customer requests under the Policy Valuation/Customer Data Management/Major Alterations/Minor Alterations (either one) function for traditional life, ILP and Term policies in accordance to guidelines, service standards and quality:
2. Ensure that escalation cases are flagged out and work with the team leader towards resolution within the service level agreement.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma/Degree holder with relevant or experience or at least 1-2 years working experience in admin or operation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
