We're looking for a
Senior Executive, Policy Services
to join a reputable Insurance company In this role, you'll be responsible for handling and processing daily policy service requests from customers, ensuring that all requests are completed accurately and within the agreed service timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer requests in line with established guidelines, quality standards, and timelines. This includes:

  • Verifying and clearing workflows

  • Processing refunds for excess payments received
  • Issuing acknowledgment letters
  • Handling change of payer requests
  • Managing policy terminations
  • Processing change plan requests
  • Escalating complex cases and working closely with your Team Lead to ensure prompt resolution within service standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • A
    degree holder
    with
    1-2 years of experience
    in health insurance policy servicing.
  • Meticulous, reliable, and customer-focused
  • A fast learner who can work independently and handle multiple tasks with accuracy
  • A team player who stays calm under pressure and takes accountability for their work
