**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain all the necessary reporting to the banks and backup system reports
- Maintain the company bank balance and remain cognizant of outstanding checks
- Approve invoices that need to be paid
- Read and review any documentation attached to checks for approval and accuracy sake
- Make sure all financial statements and tables are correct and precise
- Reconcile all bank statements and monthly financial reports
- Prepare projections annually and update monthly with actual figures
- The controller must coordinate with the auditors and be prepared to surrender documentation if called upon
- Coordinate with the tax division of the company and prepare any schedules required for tax returns
- Oversee all company accounts and investments
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities & improve business efficiencies
- Assist the Head in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
- Managing the monthly financial and Board reporting
- Measuring company performance against external and internal benchmarks
- Managing annual budgets and forecasts
- Overseeing Treasury and Taxation functions
- Managing external banking relationships
- Maintaining relationships with external auditors and banks
- Working closely with the management team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Investment ACCA / CIMA
- Project management and organisational skills
- Strategic thinking
- Analytical thinking
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good in technical & business writing & reports
- Good presentation skills
- IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets
- The ability to analyse sales figures
- Good communication skills

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
