**Job Summary**
Based on the overall strategy of the parts and accessory plan, establish and optimize the order management system of the store. Responsible for the ordering management of store accessories, responsible for the satisfaction rate and inventory turnover rate of store accessories, and continuously promoting and optimizing various processes of store order management.
- Develop and optimize operational standards for store ordering based on the overall strategy of after-sales accessories, including but not limited to store ordering management, store inventory management, and order process optimization.
- Responsible for the satisfaction rate and inventory turnover rate of store accessories, and manage store orders.
- Propose improvement needs from the business receptionist to make them more closely integrated with the business process.
- Assist the store in processing orders, ensuring the correctness and timeliness of the order flow.
- Other ad-hoc assignment as and when needed.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of automotive after-sales experience, including DMS usage experience and store accessory ordering management experience.
- Strong execution skills, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Being upright, diligent and motivated, full of passion for work, recognizing corporate culture, and able to have a positive and positive impact on people around us.
- Possess basic logical thinking and strong communication and coordination skills.
- Adapted to a fast-paced work environment, able to travel, with strong pressure resistance.
- Priority given to those who have after-sales accessory store order management and inventory management experience, with regional, channel sales, and chain store sales experience.
- Possess a valid driving license, proficient, and have no bad driving records.
- Work location: Johor Bahru.
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
