The key roles of HR & Admin Manager are to strategize, lead, manage, and to provide human resources and succession to ensure business sustainability and continuing of operations in Yew Lee Pacific Group Berhad and/or Yew Lee Pacific Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd.
The main roles of the HR Exe Supervisor are to give employees the skills they need to be great Total Quality Management sensors with respect to the Quality Management System, by:
Enhances the Yew Lee Pacific Group Berhad’s and/or Yew Lee Pacific Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
The responsibilities of the HR and Admin Manager are those involving the demonstration of leadership and commitment with respect to the Quality Management is overall responsible for the sustenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, within the defined scope of certification, for:

When exercising the duties during work days, specific responsibilities and authorities of the HR & Admin Manager include:
Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR / Payroll & Administration. Handle company's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes, in line with the Quality Management System of Yew Lee Pacific Group Berhad and/or Yew Lee Pacific Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
