**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Utilize SQL proficiency to extract and analyze financial data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
2. Oversee all accounting, finance, and HR functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
3. Perform in-depth analysis of financial statements, including P&L statements and Balance Sheets, to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Provide expert financial advice and guidance to senior management to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
5. Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, minimize risk, and enhance profitability.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and drive operational efficiency.
7. Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and transparency in financial reporting.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in accounting and finance to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
9. Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes to support business objectives and targets.
10. Foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability across the organization through effective communication and training initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience in SQL querying and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing P&L statements and Balance Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic financial advice and management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SQL: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
