1. Ability to deliver successfully on time to scheduled required arrival date to the customer.

2. Monitor logistics expenditures to ensure cost efficiency across all aspects.

3. Arrange with transporter to collect and return all RMA goods to warehouse.

4. Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs.

5. Conduct meeting with transporters on a monthly basis to discuss issues and bottlenecks.

6. Oversee customer and affiliate orders and shipment schedules provided by Customer Care, preparing and arranging shipment bookings.

7. Compile and plan all logistics requirements, coordinating with the Warehouse team

8. Ensure all logistics arrangements comply with regulatory requirements and work procedures, especially regarding shipping documentation.

9. Handle cargo damage claims with insurance parties, transporters, or forwarders.

10. Address customer complaints related to shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and delivery issues.

11. Ensuring that service quality is upheld.

12. Deal with feedback, queries and complaints positively. Provide immediate and long-term solution.

13. Schedule/ arrange collection with warehouse on return collection. Monitoring the return been pickup and reach destination on time.

14. Reports to W&D / Operation Manager.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 3 or more years of experience within a similar role in logistics or shipment.

2. Great interpersonal skills.

3. Proven success in Customer Relationship Management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Exceptional time management and organization skills.

5. Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening.

6. Proficient computer skills.

7. Good command of English (both written and spoken).

8. Strong Analytical thinking / Problem solving; Proactive and adaptable; Good time management.

9. Strong data analysis including working with electronic data.

10. Possess own transport.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
