**Position**: Customer Service Professional (Immediate Hiring)
**Intake Date : 13 January 2025**

**Working Location**:UOA Business Park,** Shah Alam (Nearby Subang Jaya LRT/KTM Station)
**Working Days**: Monday - Sunday (2days off - rotate)
**Working Hours**: 24Hours Rotational Shift
**Basic Salary**: RM 2400

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- To attend / answer incoming Chat from customer, identify the problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution
- Follow up with the customer on pending cases
- Create report in the system

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam
- Possible to have own transportation
- No work experience required. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Applicant with good communication skills is encouraged to apply
- Must be able to work on Rotating Shift : Monday-Sunday, 5 days a week, rotational off days (2 off days)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,400.00 per month
