Customer Service Officer

Kuantan (Near ECM Mall)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Attend to sales enquiries, including WhatsApp and walk-in customer, by providing information about the product and the project with the objective to achieve sales target

2. Prepare quotation and follow-up to customers in a timely manner.

4. To rebuild rapport with existing clients via calls and WhatsApp.

5. Assist to negotiate and close sales deal to achieve monthly target.

6. Follow-up with customers after sales for review.

7. Introduce and educate clients to new company products, features and best practices.

8. To do graphic design and artwork proofing.

9. To operate printer and other finishing machines.

10. Work with team lead to ensure all billings & delivery are completed in a timely manner.

12. Identify customers’ needs and provide correct product or solution information.

13. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience in customer service & graphic design.

2. Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8.45am to 5.15pm

3. Fresh graduates encourage to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
