Customer Service Personnel

**RESPONSIBILITY**
- To respect and maintain privacy and dignity of clients, assure client confidentiality at all times.
- To open the office in the morning, greet patients and visitors.
- Responsible for directing patients and medical representatives to the appropriate location and services. While doing this, they should be courteous, polite and helpful to the public and clients at all times and thus manage the reception area.
- Assist patient in accurately completing appropriate forms and documents for the required information.
- Besides the above, receptionist should have a warm outgoing personality, excellent telephone etiquettes, ability to work under pressure, ability to work accurately and efficiently, ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with persons of all background. Knowledge of more than one language and detail knowledge of patient billing procedure.
- To perform other specified duties whenever assigned.
- **REQUIREMENTS - SKILL, ABILITY AND KNOWLEDGE**:
- To have a minimum a good SPM, preferably a Diploma in Health Care, Accounting or other skills pertaining to Patient Care and Customer Services.
- Communication - Sound oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Clerical - Knowledge of word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology.
- Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, basic statistics and basic accounting.
- Integrity - Able to display a very high sense of integrity and show exemplary example of honesty be it in speech and personal traits.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
