**Role Overview**

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support overall marketing goals. This role involves content creation, campaign management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, ebooks, videos, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and create compelling content.
- Plan and execute content marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, such as lead generation, brand awareness, or thought leadership.
- Coordinate with design and multimedia teams to create visually appealing and impactful campaign assets.
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and integrate targeted keywords into content.
- Use analytics tools to measure the performance of content marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and organize content creation and distribution.
- Explore new opportunities for content amplification.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content marketing, with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of B2B or B2C marketing dynamics, depending on the business context.
