**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the President’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, handling communications with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate needs and proactively take steps to improve efficiency in both work and personal matters.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on key tasks, projects, and commitments.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree**in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- **Minimum 5 years proven experience** as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting top-level executives.
- **Strong organizational and time-management skills**, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- **Ability to micro-manage and structure the President’s workflow** effectively.
- **Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours** as needed.
- **Excellent communication skills** in English.
- **High level of discretion and confidentiality** in handling sensitive matters.
- **Proactive problem-solver** with critical thinking skills
- **Tech-savvy**, proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
