**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Product Sourcing & Procurement**
- Identify, evaluate, and source products from global suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements to ensure competitive sourcing

**2. Distribution & Partner Management**
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, marketing partners, and buyers across international markets.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide ongoing support to optimize channel effectiveness.

**3. Market Intelligence**
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and new business opportunities in key regions.
- Present insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.

**4. Sales & Marketing Strategy**
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive product visibility and revenue growth in target markets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams or agencies to tailor promotional activities for local audiences.

**5. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination**
- Work with internal teams and third-party logistics providers to manage the end-to-end supply chain process.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with international trade regulations, and timely product delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in trading, sourcing, or business development in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations and international trade practices.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in market research and analysis tools.
- Ability to work across multiple countries and time zones; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong command of English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, or Arabic) are advantageous.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel when required.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
