We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sales Advisor Cum Admin to join our new team as we are expanding more branches in Malaysia.

**Jobscope/ responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation Before, During & After of the Branch document operation (e.g., Opening, Operation Hours & Closing ).
- Promoting and Upselling current packages to customers.
- Support the Branch Executive in daily operations documentations to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor and Ordering stock levels for inventory materials, tools, and consumables.
- Support internal movement of work orders between departments.
- To greet and compile all customer details data for documentations and arrangements.
- To maintain Company SOP, Best Practice and Policy for Branch Operation at the very high levels.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SKM L3, Diploma, Fresh Grad or equivalent.
- Prior experience in administration, customer services is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to handle hands-on tasks.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Possess a valid driving license (motor & car).
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Good leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and meet production deadlines.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
