Admin Assistant

Pro ICE Sales & Services is an established company in automotive safety technology and IoT systems. We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations and contribute to the smooth running of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain filing systems, databases, and inventory records
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Perform other clerical duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to multitask and work independently
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
