We are seeking self-motivated and performance-driven individuals who are hungry for new challenges to grow with the Company, for the following position**:Customer Service Executive**

The Customer Service Executive will work in partnership with the marketing team to perform telemarketing activities. This position is responsible to generate interest, create opportunities and convert prospects into business for the Company. The key roles will primarily involve generating new leads, making daily calls to customers, making & follow-up on appointments and obtaining customer feedback. This position will also be required to attend to all enquiries, on-site customer visits and product demonstration.

Main Responsibilities:

- Support the marketing team by generating sales orders on time and following up closely with customers to convert questions into sales.
- Make daily calls and initiate new calls to existing & potential clients for the purpose of introducing the Company’s products and services.
- Perform after sales service and make follow-up calls to existing clients on the promotion of new products for new or repeat orders while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Where necessary, schedule appointments and coordinate with related departments to arrange for on-site visit for customers on product trial and testing.
- Identify and escalate any immediate customer feedback/complaint to the right channels without any delay.
- Liaise with the fulfilment team and customers to ensure on-time delivery of products and goods.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, customer service or sales.
- Strong tenacity and drive to seek new business and potential clients.
- Self-initiated and self-motivated to set and reach targets.
- Good networking and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
