⁠ ⁠Identify business opportunities by research and analyzing market. - ⁠ ⁠Prepare sales document eg. Quotation, Delivery Order, Invoice, etc. - ⁠ ⁠Liaison with customer on order and delivery. - ⁠ ⁠Liaison with transporter and forwarding agent for shipping matters. - ⁠ ⁠Work closely with production for productivity and output quality & quantity. - ⁠ ⁠To monitor order by closely follow up with production PIC and arrange delivery accordingly. - ⁠ ⁠Maintain relationship with clients by providing information, support and after sales service. - ⁠ ⁠Identifies product improvements or new products according to industry needs. - ⁠ ⁠Responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs quantity of all transportation and goods. - ⁠ ⁠Monitoring cargo movement through the tracking system for imports and exports shipments. - ⁠ ⁠Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule. - ⁠ ⁠Attend and present at external customer meetings necessary to aid business development. - ⁠ ⁠Check incoming invoice from shipping and haulage companies to avoid incorrect billing. - ⁠ ⁠Responsible for all duty customs sales and tax functions, including certification and verification, drawback, and compliance with governmental agencies. - ⁠ ⁠Assist to keep track on Ocean freight with shipping companies. - ⁠ ⁠Prepare custom monthly report. - ⁠ ⁠Prepare sales reports. - ⁠ ⁠Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior or management ・Any ：Degree/Diploma/"A" level in closely related field ・Minimum 3 years working experience in related field ・Dealing with Customs ・Dealing with Shipping documents ・Able to command Mandarin (communicate with Chinese Suppliers) ・Max 2months notice ・Working experience in a company holding LMW ・able to consider SPM with a good experience **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - Logistic: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Mandarin (preferred) - Bahasa (preferred)
