The **Production Executive** is responsible for the overall production activities in accordance with their quality specifications and strict adherence to GMP rules within the required time and established production costs.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervision and Planning
- Leading a team to meet the production targets, improve safety, quality, yield, efficiency, cost, delivery, and discipline of workforce. To assist in planning and implementation of production schedule.
- Responsible for identifying and providing the training needs of the production team and ensuring relevant training and development are provided.
- To ensure quality plans, procedures and processes are adhered to ensuring high quality products are being shipped to the customers while playing a major part in the company Quality Management System (QMS).
- To author, review, and revise BMR, BPR, SOP and other QMS- related documentation.
- Investigate deviations and incidents, analyse root causes, and define respective corrective and preventive measures.
- Improvement - Constantly work with Engineering, QA, QC, and other cross-departmental teams to resolve quality issues and lead to continuous improvement.
- To support the implementation of approved changes, improvements and innovation to the current methods, process, materials, and equipment to meet Company’s various business objectives.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area for employees and ensure that they conform to safety and GMP rules and regulations.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science/Pharmacy/Engineering or any other relevant degree.
- Preferably with experience of at least 3 years in pharmaceutical industry.
- Exhibit great written and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of GMP, guidelines and policies governing pharmaceutical industry (i.e., WHO, PIC/s, ICH etc.)
- Able to move to Ipoh, Perak if non-resident.
- Dedicated and career-driven personalities preferred.
