TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB: HUMAN RESOURCES CUM ADMIN
- Memproses gaji bulanan termasuk kiraan dan caruman OT, KOMISEN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS
- Berpengetahuan mengenai Akta Pekerja 1955
- Bertanggungjawab dalam perancangan pengambilan pekerja, pelajar praktikal, tenaga kerja sambilan, faedah dan pengurusan prestasi pekerja.
- Bertanggungjawab di dalam urus takbir syarikat seperti yang dinyatakan oleh pihak pengurusan tertinggi syarikat seperti kebajikan, khidmat nasihat dan kaunseling.
- Bertanggungjawab memastikan syarikat dapat beroperasi dengan baik tanpa ada sebarang kesulitan termasuk memastikan syarikat berada dalam keadaan kemas dan bersih.
- Kenal pasti keperluan latihan dan selaraskan program untuk meningkatkan kemahiran prestasi pekerja.
- Mengurus bekalan pejabat dan peralatan.
- Mengendalikan semua surat-menyurat masuk dan keluar, termasuk e-mel, surat, dan panggilan telefon.
- Bertanggungjawab dalam tugas penyimpanan dokumen (penyata bank, invois,salinan bil resit pembayaran, laporan gaji.)
- Bertanggungjawab dan menguruskan pembayaran bil utiliti syarikat,menyediakan invois dan resit rasmi.
- Haruslah melapor kepada pihak tertinggi syarikat (CEO & COO Syarikat) atas setiap perkembangan dalam aktiviti

**Requirements**:

- Kelulusan minimum diploma
- Sekurang-kurangnya 1-3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang HR

Gaji permulaan : RM1800 - RM2500
