**Key Responsibilities**:
Job Summary:

- The Quality Assurance and Trainer Executive for Customer Success Managers (CSMs) is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- This role involves developing and implementing training programs, conducting regular quality assessments, providing feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- The executive will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure they are well-equipped to provide exceptional customer experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Malaysian only
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Education, or related field.
- Certifications in quality assurance, training, or customer success are a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or training role, preferably within a customer success or customer service environment within a finance/ payment industry
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Experience with performance management and process improvement.
- Language proficiency in English and Chinese is required; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence others.
- Proficiency in using customer success and quality assurance tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
