Job Description:

- Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction/project site.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and supervise workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
- Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager or relevant departments.
- Ensure site is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings/plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Willing to work at site and travel as required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
