**Job Description Overview**

The role of a site supervisor has broad responsibilities, from managing workers, vendors, suppliers & subcons and overseeing projects, to maintaining safety protocols and implementing site procedures. Supervising, coordinating, monitoring, inspection & review of work progress to ensure that project complies to project schedule & budget and maintaining site & safety records on site.

**Responsibilities for Site Supervisor**:

- Oversee day to day operations of the site.
- Supervising, coordinating, monitoring, inspection & review of work progress on site.
- Work alongside with Project Manager.
- Preparing & submitting work progress reports.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of site, equipment & materials
Evaluating the performance of vendors/suppliers/subcons and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Supervise and evaluate vendors/suppliers/subcons & keep accurate records of workers attendance and timesheets & maintaining an accurate record of site attendance.
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments.
- Briefing, supervising and instructing the construction team as well as vendors/suppliers/subcontractors.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Control and monitor site cleanliness & work place comply to applicable local authority regulations.
- Any ad-hoc matter designated by Project Manager

**Site Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in a Mechanical Engineer or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Must have understanding of construction/engineering terms, scheduling and planning concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, MS Excel & MS Project.
- Good analytical, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Reading comprehension of technical drawings.
- Good written and spoken communication skills (English/Bahasa Malaysia).
- Knowlege of mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be willing for travelling as instructed by management.
