**Position**: Site Supervisor

**Location**: One South, opposite MRT station near Sungai Besi toll

**Department**: Project Management

**Reports to**: Project Manager / Director

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Site Work**: Monitor and manage site activities to ensure progress is on track and work quality meets expectations.
- **Coordinate with Workers/Subcontractors**: Communicate and work closely with the head of workers and subcontractors at the site.
- **Liaise with Clients**: Understand and respond to client requirements, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project.
- **Liaise with Suppliers**: Coordinate delivery and quality of materials needed for the site.
- **Liaise with Main Contractor**: Act as a point of contact between the main contractor and project team.
- **Site Reporting**: Prepare daily reports on site progress, issues, and observations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in site supervision, or construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills.
- **Preference will be given to non-smokers** due to site location within a university area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
