**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Safely and punctually transport the Director** and authorized individuals to and from designated locations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the Director's vehicle and ensure vehicle maintenance and documentation (road tax & car insurance) are up-to-date.
- Plan and optimize travel routes to ensure efficiency and punctuality.
- **Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the Director.**:

- Assist with project coordination and document management.
- Deliver and collect documents and parcels as needed, handle government office submissions (e.g. SSM, LHDN, SOCSO, EPF, MBJB) and banking transactions.
- Be available for occasional overtime work as required to meet the Director's schedule and workload.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of personal and professional matters.
- Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company
- Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time.

**COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience being a company or personal driver.
- **Possess valid driving license with clean driving record.**:

- Responsible, physically fit with good working attitude.
- To be able to come to work early / stay back if something crop up last minute. Working hours will be based on Director needs.
- Willing to outstation, work overtimes, weekends, public holidays and when required.
- No smoking during working hours.
- Able to navigate and use necessary navigation apps such as Waze, Google Maps and etc.
- No criminal record.
- Body skills and protection skills as certified bodyguard is an added advantages.
- Required language(s): Basic English and Malay.
- Attendance/ Punctuality - Must punctual in attendance and strictly maintain timing schedule.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
