**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day financial operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Help in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses under the guidance of senior finance personnel.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial procedures and controls.
- Participate in financial audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.
- Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Degree/Professional Qualification in Accounting or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Computer Literate.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel - Account system such as SQL is an added advantage.
- Great attention to detail is imperative.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Strong analytical ability, particularly analyzing in P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in developing clear and detailed reports.
- As you will be exposed to confidential information, a high degree of professionalism and discretion is a must.
- The ability to multi-task is a must.

Our office is located at UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya.
Beside LRT/KTM Subang Jaya (3 mins walk)
