Job Responsibilities

**E-commerce Executive**
- Manage daily operations and sales of coffee products on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify platforms.
- Upload new products, write SEO-optimized titles and descriptions.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Handle customer enquiries, order management, after-sales service, and review maintenance.
- Plan TikTok Shop live streaming activities (if applicable), coordinate hosts and execution.
- Analyze platform sales data and formulate optimization strategies.
- Assist the social media team in integrating ads with e-commerce conversion.
- Review inventory status regularly and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth fulfillment.

**E-commerce Manager**
- Develop annual sales targets and strategies for e-commerce, leading the team to achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Oversee overall performance of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify operations, formulating growth plans.
- Strategize and execute live streaming sales, including product selection, host arrangement, and script review.
- Manage advertising budget allocation and create effective ad campaigns (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook/IG Ads).
- Lead and train the e-commerce team members to enhance their operational skills.
- Report sales data and operational results to management regularly with actionable improvement proposals.

**Job Requirements**

Education: Diploma or above in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.

**Experience**:
E-commerce Executive: Minimum 1-2 years of e-commerce platform operation experience (Shopee / TikTok / Shopify / Lazada).

E-commerce Manager: Minimum 3 years of e-commerce operation experience.

Team management experience.

Proven track record managing Shopee / TikTok / Shopify stores with monthly sales of RM50k+ (Shopee/TikTok) or RM10k+ (Shopify).

**Skills**:Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop Seller Center, and Shopify backend.

Knowledge of e-commerce advertising (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, basic Facebook Ads setup).

Strong copywriting skills with SEO knowledge for product listings.

Proficient in Canva or Photoshop for creating product and promotional visuals.

Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis.

Additional Skills for Manager Level:
Ability to develop e-commerce strategies and annual promotion plans independently.

Proficient in advertising budget planning and ROI calculations.

Strong leadership and team training capabilities.

Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory turnover optimization, and cross-department coordination.

Personality:
Target-driven with strong execution skills and accountability for results.

Detail-oriented with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Passionate about coffee culture and promoting coffee products.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

**Language**:
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English for product listings and customer communication.

Proficiency in Malay or other languages (Thai/Indonesian) is an added advantage.

Others:
Willing to work overtime during peak sales campaigns (e.g. 11.11, 12.12, year-end sales).

Have own transport to travel to Kajang.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
