**Position Name : E Commerce Assistant**

**Location : Pavilion 2, Bukit Jalil**

**Working Hours : 9.30am - 5.30pm**

**Salary Range : RM 2,300 - RM 2,500**

**Commission : Yes**

**Allowance : Yes**

**Job Scope**
- Ensure respond promptly to customers’ request and promote and sell the company's products, as well as to provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Efficiently handling daily parcel packaging, effective warehouse management, for instance inventory control and updates.
- Assist in minor posting, like insta story and product shooting to increase page reach and engagement rates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote effective campaigns and initiatives that grow sales number and enlarge customer base.
- Also, collaborate with marketing in order to increase page awareness.
- Tasks involved in managing marketplace platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, XHS and etc corresponding responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales servicing line. Experience in e-commerce is an added advantage.
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
- Strong sales drive, customer-focused and motivated towards a successful career in sales and marketing.
- Multitasking, Team player, energetic, high problem solving skills and able to multitask and work independently with good time management and organisational skills.
- Have basis knowledge on photo and video editing (Canvas and etc) is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
