**Job Summary**:

- Be part of the growing eCommerce Team managing several brands in both Singapore and Malaysia. We are building a team for the long term and are looking for individuals that are keen on eCommerce.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist with the managing of existing and new eCommerce accounts across various marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, eBay, Amazon) and owned sites.
- To learn and assist with all marketing activities revolving around eCommerce including mail chimp and chat broadcast.
- Planning/execution of product launches across platforms.
- Take part in all platform campaigns.
- Assisting with preparations of photo edit with company standard.
- In platform advertising.
- Performance Marketing.
- Achieve all key metrics set monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Ensure all content (pages, products, and prices, etc.) are displayed accurately, up to date and in line with guidelines/references always.
- Resolve any operational issues from online marketplaces.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly especially on campaign days and monitor customer review.
- Replenishment and coordinating pickups from the designated logistics partners.
- Assist with other duties where applicable.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, V-Lookup, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator.
- Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented.
- IT savvy and quick learner to pick up new skills in operations system.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers.
- Professional and proactive work ethics.
- The position will be filled by _**Carstom**_, an _**Automotive Accessories Distribution, Wholesale, Customisation & Solutions Provider**_ _which is a business unit under the Techware Group._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
