Work Hour : 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- 10% from Current Salary + Monthly High Commission
- Manage a team of recovery officers especially in ensuring collections are up to par with targets set
- Sets Credit & Collection operations productivity targets and monitors achievement monthly, quarterly, and annually
- To handle inbound and out bound calls
- Update account status and database frequently
- Ensure the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly
- Exhibits strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using collection software and tools
- Monitor team performance and report
- Conduct training

Expected Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Ability to commute/relocate.Cawangan : Petaling Jaya

Waktu Kerja : 9.00pg - 5.30ptg Isnin hingga Jumaat
- 10% daripada Gaji Semasa + Suruhanjaya Tinggi Bulanan
- Menguruskan pasukan pegawai pemulihan terutamanya dalam memastikan kutipan setanding dengan sasaran yang ditetapkan
- Menetapkan sasaran produktiviti operasi Kredit & Kutipan dan memantau pencapaian bulanan, suku tahunan, dan tahunan
- Untuk mengendalikan panggilan masuk dan keluar
- Mengemaskini status akaun dan pangkalan data
- Memastikan akaun berfungsi dan disusuli dengan teliti
- Kemahiran perundingan yang kuat dan kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia
- Kemahiran kepimpinan yang kuat dan pengurusan pasukan
- Kemahiran analisis yang kuat dan menyelesaikan masalah
- Mahir dalam menggunakan perisian dan alat koleksi
- Memantau prestasi pasukan dan melaporkan
- Mengendalikan latihan
