**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Understand material planning and procurement process and strategies
- Liaise with production planner on expedite and de-expedite the material delivery.
- Responsible for handling the company’s end to end sourcing operations including request of documents in compliance with Food Quality standard.
- Ensure that materials are properly ordered and delivered
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels, requisitioning materials and equipment, and ordering new materials when necessary. Conduct inventory counts as needed.
- Assist in conducting material cost analysis and tracking cost
- Prepare reports for management, clients, and customers
- Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers, and make recommendations for improvement
- Determine material needs for projects and oversee their procurement
- Update inventory and procurement systems

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 1-2 years and above of working experience in Supply Chain & Logistic / Purchasing / Material Warehouse Management and others.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Highly adaptable, patient, organized, disciplined and is able to follow-up on tasks, good in time management and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
- Good in written and communication in English, Malay & Chinese.
- Able to work Independently, Creative & Innovative, Good Communication skills, Resourceful and Passionate.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
