Human Resource Executive

**Recruitment and Selection**:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage employee disciplinary processes, including conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- **Performance Management**:
- Administer the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies and career development opportunities.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Training and Development**:
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations and skills assessments, and develop training plans accordingly.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- **HR Administration**:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, administration, and communication.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in human resource management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocount software.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
